Returns & Exchanges
- No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, customers can choose another item of equal value to the returned product.
- Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The package should be sent back to Blush.lk at the customer’s expense.
- Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or faulty items.
- A replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.
